how to order

There’s no e-shop here, and that’s by choice. This way, you can talk directly to me, Marion, and I’ll be able to answer your questions. If you’d like to place an order for silver jewelry, you can do so by sending a message via the contact form below, or by e-mail to hello@fa2bro.fr
In your e-mail, indicate “order” in the subject line, followed by all the information needed to process your order: your contact details, the model(s) you’re interested in, and the following information.
For the rings : please indicate the size you want. And if you don’t know your size, you can consult the size guide.
For earring : Please indicate whether you would like a pair or a single piece. And for a single piece, please specify which side you’d like to wear it on (the earrings are asymmetrical). What’s more, for the Bolduc 1 and 2 earrings, you can send me a photo of your ear, with a ruler next to it, so that I can custom-make them to fit you perfectly. Don’t hesitate to ask for an example photo in your message if you need one.
For necklaces and bracelet : You can measure your wrist or neck to have them made to measure. The Mooring eye pendant is made with the chains we have in stock, so I can adapt the length to your needs.

and after ?

Each piece is made to order. It therefore takes a maximum of one month from validation of payment to dispatch.

Once your order has been validated, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and a secure payment link. For orders under 350€, 7€ will be added for delivery.
Payment is made via stripe. You can then enter all the information required for payment and delivery of your order.

You can pay by credit card, google pay and apple pay. Once payment has been validated, I’ll start making your order.
